What the form collects
When you send a message, the website stores your name, phone number, message and a request reference. When you request a visit, the website stores your name, email, phone number, service address, community, requested service, project details, preferred date and time, and a request reference.
Why we collect it
The information is used to review your project, coordinate availability and contact you about the requested service. The form does not collect payments or automatically enroll you in promotional messages.
Appointment requests
A submitted request is saved for review. A preferred time is held to prevent duplicate requests for that window. The appointment and work scope require direct confirmation. Automatic email or text notifications are not sent by this website.

For questions about your information, to update a request or to ask for deletion, use the contact form or email jasonshandychico@gmail.com.
